CSR Oath Ceremony
Bill Gates has said “Effective philanthropy requires a lot of time and creativity- the same kind of focus and skills that building a business requires.”
SRISIIM has always imbibed the tradition of channelizing students towards philanthropy, giving and caring and thereby building a strong managerial foundation. Sri SIIM centre for social responsibility “Uttaran” is a student managed body which undertakes many projects as part of their larger social responsibility towards society. The year throughout Uttaran committee provides multi-facilitated services to the marginalized members of the society helping them in their economic, social and cultural upliftment.
Every year the tenure of old directing member of CSR gets over and new member along with the board of directors of CSR are elected. This year 7 members from the batch 2017-19 were selected for the CSR “Uttaran”. The selection of the students is made through multilevel rigorous screening which tests their skills and abilities.
